HOUSE BILL NO. 344(FIN) An Act authorizing a land exchange                     
between the Department of Natural Resources and Alaska Hardrock,               
Inc.; approving a long-term lease of certain Alaska Railroad                   
Corporation land at Healy; and providing for an effective date.
